This session will provide information on how to integrate evidence-based health equity strategies and principles into built environment design in order to address social determinants of health. A public health leader and city planner will explain how to plan and implement such interventions with vulnerable populations. Presenters will also discuss how to work with community residents, cross divisionally in city and county government and with organizational partnerships in this work and include health in l community polices and plan.
