Becoming a supervisor is a critical turn in your career and a good or bad supervisor can make or break your future. This presentation will talk about best practices that I have learned in my 10-year career and how I went from being a coordinator to director at the age of 27.  Learning how to be leader is a process and not just some overnight makeover, it is critical to learn how to be a leader and not a boss.
