Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept to completion.
Develop creative and functional design solutions for public and residential landscapes.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors to bring projects to life.
Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments.
Ensure compliance with zoning laws, codes, and sustainability standards.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in public works and residential landscape projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other design software.
Strong understanding of plant materials, hardscaping, and sustainable design principles.
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
Professional licensure preferred but not required.
Passion for creativity, problem-solving, and community-driven design.

Highly motivated, able to work both self-directed and on interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced and energetic studio environment.

Qualifications
A degree in Landscape Architecture.
Applicants with 3 – 5 yrs. experience- licensed or a commitment to obtain licensure is a plus.

Demonstrate strong graphic, written and communication skills.
Ability to operate MicroStation or AutoCAD
Grading, drainage, irrigation design, and construction experience are preferred.
